So much has been happening in my life lately. It's been hard to keep track of all the positive changes that have been taking place.
To begin with I have just got some new glasses with money I was given for christmas. Took ages to decide on which to get. Everyone likes a change and as it's a fresh new year and my other glasses had a small piece of the lens broken I had to sort it out.
I only go to Vision Express because the staff are the best around, service is the best and speed of service remains unchallenged from any of its rivals. I would never go to Specsavers again owing to a problem the last time I got a pair of glasses from them. I am not alone with having problems with them, but I am not here to talk about them so I wont.
Anyway....I got a nice pair of black rimed glasses which were literally completed and on my face within 35 minutes. The lady who dealt with me called sheila was wonderful and even got some of the other staff to put my ever untrusting mind at rest and assure me of my choice. I made up my own mind having tried several out prior to asking for help but it's really nice to have your own decisions backed up as correct.
I was that happy when I got home that I typed up a letter to the manager which I hope should have got there by now.
