Days one through four....have just recieved my first metaphorical post card from my body having sent it on a first class non stop one a way tick to that place I've been wanting to send it to for so long

I've got to say that on this side of the fence the sun seems to shine a whole lot more, the air smells sweeert, mornings are brighter, AND WAKING UP WITH A YEARNING FOR NICOTINE is now fast becoming a distant tasteless memory.
I've got to say, the feeling of being able to run and not walk places with a cigarette hanging out my mouth is simply wonderful. I still want one now and again and I guess I will for a few more days. But...I actually suprised myself today beyond words. I had a problem that really annoyed me, I wont go into the details but rest assured I sorted it out with a little relaxed reading of "The Flash MX Bibile"and took care of it before I allowed that little craving feeling which still echoes in my mind to become something harder to handle.
I am pretty happy right now. Several people lately have begun to take notice of what I have been through and achieved this past few year and have even called me to say so which pushes my self esteem well over the 10 out of 10 barrier that only usually hits when one gets a nice smile from a beautiful lady, or on a day when the scales are being kind...he he he
I'm off now to steal (borrow!!) one of my little ones easter egg stay that has been hidden away for easter.
